Our Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) practice offers deeply experienced attorneys and a former trial court Judge for Mediation, private Arbitration, Neutral Evaluation, and property insurance Appraisal services.
Better known as the ADR Center, our alternative dispute resolution practice is recognized for effectiveness, fairness, and problem solving.
Responsiveness and creativity, meanwhile, are equally critical to the ADR Center and its offerings: cases/disputes receive immediate attention from a dedicated Matter Manager. Close attention to scheduling -- plus an immediate, though deliberate, intake process -- yields swift action by our staff and neutrals. When the experienced parties to rapidly-moving litigation seek an effective, high-quality mediation, it has to happen now, not months from now. Appraisals, too, must be completed per state-mandated deadlines with narrow windows for action. The ADR Center’s appraisers/umpires act promptly with technical knowledge related to the necessary statutory and policy-related timing associated with the Appraisal process.
Our available neutrals handle:
- complex personal injury cases
- all facets of employment law
- business & commercial disputes
- construction accidents, injuries, and disputes
- medical malpractice
- insurance coverage and extracontractual/bad faith lawsuits
- property insurance appraisals (appraiser/umpire)
The ADR Center’s neutrals are experienced litigating in the International Center for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), under the auspices of the American Arbitration Association, and have conducted hundreds of private mediations. We offer decades of practical, street-smart experience, along with the training and academic experience related to ADR practice, such as EEOC certification, trial court Judges Pro Tem, civil/family court settlement master experience, plus membership in several Bar Association and trade groups focused on ADR.
