Zach Weinstein

As an Associate Attorney of HKR, Zach’s practice primarily focuses on complex first-party insurance coverage disputes and the defense of extracontractual and bad faith litigation. Zach also provides comprehensive counsel to HKR’s insurer clients on claim investigations, policy interpretation, and compliance with claim handling regulations.

Zach is a graduate from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance. Zach earned his law degree from St. Thomas University College of Law in Miami, Florida, and acquired his Master of Laws in Taxation from Boston University. While in law school, Zachary served as a judicial intern for the Honorable John B. Bowman of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit of Florida and as a law clerk for an insurance defense firm handling insurance coverage and homeowners association disputes.

Outside of the office, Zachary enjoys listening to music and spending time with his wife and friends.
