Nick Reifsnyder

Nick is an Associate Attorney at HKR, who focuses his practice on representing insurers in cases involving fraud, coverage disputes, and bad faith.  He also assists with claim investigations and coverage analyses. 

Nick comes to HKR with extensive experience in Criminal Law.  He spent 6 years as a prosecutor and 8 years as a private defense attorney, during which time he was involved in investigating, prosecuting, and defending numerous large-scale fraud and theft cases, including credit card fraud, contractor fraud, and arson.  He has won jury verdicts as both a prosecutor and a defense attorney. He has presented before the Pennsylvania District Attorney’s Association on legal ethics, and he sat on numerous civil arbitration panels in Montgomery County, PA, the county where he was raised, and where he served as an Assistant District Attorney. 

Nick resides in Delaware County with his wife and five children, who leave him very little time to pursue his hobbies, which include playing chess (badly), playing fantasy sports (very badly), and supporting the Sixers.
