Matthew Douglas

Since becoming licensed in 1999, Matthew has concentrated his practice in casualty defense, insurance coverage, insurance bad faith, and related litigation in both State and Federal Court from the handling of various claims from pre-litigation through trial litigation and appeal. Matthew has extensive experience dealing with a broad range of both casualty claims and insurance coverage issues related to property and automobile insurance as well as other coverage lines. Matthew also provides his insurance clients with lectures and seminars on coverage, bad faith, and other assorted litigation issues.

In his spare time, Matthew enjoys travel, concerts, and trying to keep up with his family – including his two children and two dogs (rescues).
