Jefferson Toro

Jefferson is an Associate Attorney at HKR. His practice focuses on complex first-party insurance litigation disputes and the defense of extracontractual and bad faith litigation.

Jefferson is a Pennsylvania native, earning his Juris Doctor from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Mathematics from Villanova University. Prior to joining HKR, Jefferson gained valuable experience as a Judicial Law Clerk at the United States Patent and Trademark Office and as a Judicial Intern at the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.

Outside of the office, Jefferson is active in the local e-sports scene and enjoys spending time with his partner.
