Chaiyeon Lee

Chaiyeon is an Associate Attorney at HKR.  Her practice focuses on complex, first-party insurance coverage disputes and extracontractual suits. Chaiyeon also provides guidance to HKR’s insurer clients on claim investigation, policy interpretation, and compliance with claim handling regulations.

Chaiyeon graduated from Wesleyan University and received her law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law cum laude.  During her 2L summer, Chaiyeon worked as a Summer Associate at HKR and continued  as a part-time Law Clerk during her 3L year, gaining hands-on invaluable experience in first-party property litigation. Chaiyeon also served as a Certified Legal Intern with the Temple Family Law Litigation Clinic, where she developed strong litigation and client advocacy skills, managing cases from intake through resolution, conducting hearings, and crafting arguments to advance her clients’ interests.

Outside of the office, Chaiyeon enjoys exploring new restaurants, rooting for Philly sports, and spending time with friends and family.
