Brian Poeschl

Brian is an Associate Attorney at HKR. His practice focuses on complex, first-party insurance coverage disputes and extracontractual suits. Brian also provides guidance to HKR’s insurer clients on claim investigation, policy interpretation, and compliance with claim handling regulations.

He earned his law degree from Widener University Commonwealth Law School. While in law school, Brian interned with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the Pennsylvania Department of State. He was also a member of the Trial Advocacy Honor Society and competed in the 2025 Wayne State Transactional Competition.

Outside of the office, Brian enjoys attempting new recipes in the kitchen and rooting for his favorite sports teams with friends.
