Andrew Hudson
As a trial lawyer at HKR, Andrew focuses his practice on all aspects of insurance defense, including personal injury, uninsured and underinsured claims, and construction defects. Andrew’s experience also includes defending property damage claims, insurance coverage disputes, premises liability, insurance fraud and extracontractual claims. He has handled cases at both the Trial and Arbitration-levels in various Pennsylvania Courts, with extensive experience in Philadelphia County. Most recently, he was on a trial team that earned a defense verdict in Philadelphia in a case with over $900,000 in dispute.
Andrew also assists carriers in matters outside of litigation, including claims assistance for matters involving defense and indemnification, uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage, first party property, fraud investigations, and ensuring compliance with state insurance regulations.
Andrew obtained his law degree from the Duquesne University School of Law. Prior to law school, Andrew obtained a B.A. in Political Science from West Chester University with a focus in Applied Public Policy, while also obtaining a minor in History.
Outside of the office, Andrew enjoys playing golf, watching movies, and watching the Phillies.
