Jessica MacPhee

An Associate Attorney at HKR, Jessica focuses on first-party property insurance coverage and related litigation, defending insurers and insureds alike.  Before joining HKR, Jessica spent years in a plaintiff practice, where she garnered substantial experience handling injury and liability matters.

Jessica has dual degrees in criminal justice and legal studies from the University of New Haven.  An alumna of Thomas R. Kline School of Law at Drexel University, Jessica was an executive officer of the Moot Court Board where she earned the Mid-Atlantic Region Championship in the Phillip C. Jessup international law competition, the world’s largest moot court competition.  She subsequently represented the United States in the international rounds of that same competition.

Outside of the office, Jessica enjoys rock climbing, cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles, and supporting the U.S. Women’s National Soccer Team.
