Christina McLaughlin

Christina is an Associate Attorney at HKR.  Her practice focuses on complex, first-party insurance coverage disputes and extracontractual suits. Christina also provides guidance to HKR’s insurer clients on claim investigation, policy interpretation, and compliance with claim handling regulations.

Christina graduated from Boston College with a degree in Political Science and Communication before obtaining her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center. While in law school, Christina participated in Georgetown’s Domestic Violence Clinic and AEquitas’ Research Clinic. She also interned for a personal injury firm in both the intake and litigation departments. Before joining HKR, Christina served as a judicial clerk in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas.

Outside of the office, Christina enjoys reading, yoga, and enjoying time with her family and friends.
