Andrew Hudson

Andrew focuses his practice on the defense of insurers in first-party property litigation, especially coverage disputes and extracontractual matters. He has handled cases at both the Trial and Arbitration-levels in various Pennsylvania Courts, with extensive experience in Philadelphia County. Most recently, he was on a trial team that earned a defense verdict in Philadelphia in a case with over $900,000 in dispute.

Andrew also assists carriers in matters outside of litigation, including coverage & claim issues, fraud investigations, and ensuring compliance with state insurance regulations.

Andrew obtained his law degree from the Duquesne University School of Law. Prior to law school, Andrew obtained a B.A. in Political Science from West Chester University with a focus in Applied Public Policy, while also obtaining a minor in History.

Outside of the office, Andrew enjoys playing golf, watching movies, and watching F1.
