Adam Goodman
A Partner in HKR's Casualty Group, Adam's practice focuses on premises liability, motor vehicle matters, and commercial litigation. With extensive experience counseling clients and litigating complex disputes, Adam's practical approach carefully considers each client's needs, objectives, and the costs of litigation.
Adam previously served as house counsel for one the nation's largest insurers, allowing him to provide unique insight into claims evaluation, litigation strategy, and the business considerations that shape legal decision-making. This perspective allows Adam to regularly share thoughtful, efficient, and results-oriented representation.
Active in the legal community, Adam recently served on the Executive Committee and the Diversity and Inclusion Committee of the Pennsylvania Association of Defense Counsel.
Before attending Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, Adam graduated from Cornell University's renowned School of Hotel Administration, where he focused on food and beverage management. His background in hospitality continues to inform his client-centered approach and practical understanding.
Adam lives in Philadelphia with his husband, their son and dog. Outside the office, he balances his enthusiasm for hosting dinner parties, food, wine, and travel with chasing a toddler and reheating chicken nuggets.
