Emily LaGreca

Emily is an Associate Attorney at HKR, where she focuses on all aspects of first-party property insurance, including complex coverage disputes and extracontractual matters.

Emily graduated from Widener University Commonwealth Law School in May of 2024. While in law school, Emily served as the secretary of the Student Bar Association, the secretary of the Business Law Society, and as an Academic Success Fellow in both tort law and contract law. Additionally, Emily was a legal intern for the United States Navy JAG Corps, an intern for the Honorable Judge Royce Morris, and an intern for a general litigation law firm where she focused primarily on personal injury matters.

Prior to law school, Emily attended Susquehanna University where she majored in political science and public policy with a minor in legal studies.

Outside of the office, Emily enjoys running, spending time with family and friends, and relaxing at the beach.
