Nolan Musman

Nolan is an Associate at HKR, representing insurers in the defense of extracontractual litigation and coverage disputes.  Nolan also provides coverage advice, while also frequently assisting in the investigation of potential fraud and matters involving insurer’s Special Investigation Units.

Prior to joining HKR, Nolan was a legal specialist at Chubb Insurance, responsible for compliance issues.  Nolan was also previously a clerk in the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas, where he handled case file review and the research related to the court’s trial practice.   At the Civil Case Management Center in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas, Nolan analyzed court filings to develop Civil Case Management Orders and otherwise efficiently streamline civil litigation matters and docket management.

Outside of the office, Nolan enjoys traveling and following the Kansas Jayhawks.  He’s also a roller coaster aficionado.
